Piezo Sequencer
When your only tool is a hammer, everything becomes a nail!
The Piezo Sequencer was made for hands-off performance and with extreme automation in mind. By syncing MIDI notes you can trigger various types of playback on the sequencer. ie banging the same note will progress whatever notes are programed into the sequencer.
Made for use with the Audio To MIDI Trigger , but not necessary or required.
The Sequencer:
This device includes a fully functional step sequencer and numerous parameters to edit and control it.
- Control Pitch, Velocity, Duration, even Probability!
- Up to 16 sequences, with up to 64 steps.
- Scale and Root Note Presets.
- Copy and Paste Functionality.
The Memory:
Uses Dictionaries, or the Dict object to effortlessly store, save, write, load, and export sequences to memory.
- Import and Export to json Files.
- Advanced users can edit json file directly.
- Write individual sequences to memory.
Scan Any MIDI Clip:
Through a device popup you can select individual MIDI notes and write them to memory/the step sequencer.
- Select any MIDI notes in your set and Import them to the Sequencer / Memory.
- Select from Pitch, Velocity, Duration, and Probability to Scan.
Triggering:
- Sync up to 7 MIDI notes.
- Choose from 6 different trigger actions: forward, reverse, restart, random, jump to n.
